1、 The pressure regulator of the pressure regulating valve in the multi-point injection oil circuit system is responsible for providing a fixed pressure to the fuel injection nozzle. The higher the pressure, the more gasoline will be injected at the same injection time. The pressure regulating valve is the oil return pipe behind the pressure regulator. Through adjustment, the injection pressure of the fuel injection nozzle can be increased (generally about 20%), and then the fuel injection volume can be increased (about 5%~10%) without changing the fuel supply mode. The installation of pressure regulating valve can be said to be the cheapest in the modification of the oil supply system, and its installation is also quite easy. However, when adjusting the pressure, it is necessary to use the gasoline pressure gauge to measure the pressure. In fact, such small modified vehicles as exhaust pipe replacement and gas device improvement are usually equipped with pressure regulating valve to make up for the shortage of fuel injection at high speed, with good effect and economy. Here I want to tell you a little common sense. If your car will have a temporary knock when you step down the accelerator at a standstill start, it may be improved by installing a pressure regulating valve.
2、 The size of the fuel injection nozzle determines the fuel injection amount per unit time. The most direct way to improve the fuel injection amount is to use a larger diameter fuel injection nozzle. The size of the fuel injection nozzle depends on the modification of the engine. The biggest difficulty in changing fuel injection nozzles is to obtain compatible fuel injection nozzles. Usually, fuel injection nozzles of the same vehicle series or engines of the same series are compatible. The most common one is that Ximei can replace the fuel injection nozzle of Yage, which can increase the fuel injection volume by about 25%. The increase of fuel injection quantity obtained by adjusting the fuel injection nozzle is comprehensive, that is, the fuel injection quantity will increase from low speed to high speed, which may result in rich fuel supply at medium and low speed, resulting in increased fuel consumption and poor operation. Generally, engines that have undergone "major surgery" will need to significantly increase fuel delivery. Generally, car owners need to moderately increase fuel injection at high speed and under heavy load, which depends on software modification. However, one case is that after the engine is greatly modified, the fuel injection time required at high speed may be longer than the intake time of the engine during one stroke of operation, resulting in that the continuous fuel injection of the fuel injection nozzle cannot provide enough fuel. At this time, increasing the fuel injection nozzle is an inevitable choice.
3、 When designing an engine, the fuel supply computer chip car factory has recorded the originally set fuel supply program on the ROM. This program is usually the product of compromise of fuel consumption, pollution, running smoothness and other conditions, and it is not changeable. Because it cannot be changed, if you want to change the fuel supply program, you must change to another mode of ROM. Usually, professional refitting plants will supply computer chips for refitting models. When refitting, the chips of the original computer should be removed first (usually the ROM of the original oil supply computer is directly welded to the circuit board), an IC base should be welded (so that it can be replaced later), and then the chips for refitting should be inserted. The fuel supply procedure thus obtained is still fixed, and it is only a modification of the original vehicle procedure. One of the most important things is that the fuel cut-off control time in the compensation injection procedure can be delayed or even the fuel cut-off limit can be cancelled. It should be noted that a chip used for modification has its set application conditions (that is, the degree of modification). In order to get the best effect, you must select a chip that is similar to your car's modification status, otherwise it may be counterproductive. The only way to select chips is to seek advice from experienced refitters.
4、 Variable program fuel supply computer This is the most expensive and effective item in the modification of fuel supply system, namely HALTEC computer. With this computer, the owner can set the best fuel supply program according to the modification degree of the car engine and the measurement of the air-fuel ratio meter, that is, the basic injection program and each compensation injection program mentioned above can be changed freely by using an external laptop. Its biggest difference from the modified chip is that when the engine is changed or modified in the future, if the original fuel supply program does not work, it can be solved immediately through program modification. After refitting the variable program computer, the original vehicle's supply computer will be discarded, but the higher level computer can retain all the sensor functions of the original vehicle, that is to say, various fuel supply compensation programs can operate normally or be changed, without sacrificing the smoothness and practicality of operation due to high performance. The biggest difficulty in refitting the variable program fuel supply computer is not the installation, but the setting and optimization correction of the fuel supply program. This often requires experience and instruments to complete through continuous testing
